CASTLES is a debut collection of short poetry and prose. A grappling testimony of sorts, it chronicles the intricacies of a ruminator’s mind over the course of young adulthood. The hauntings of a teenager, then a collegian, these verses comprise the aftereffects of forfeiting ones’ purpose to a broken world, before finding the way to heal by grace and sanctification.
Separated into three sections: Dungeon, Tower, and Throne Room, it takes you on a raw, flawed, emotion-driven journey of discovery—that of self, that of forgiveness, and most importantly, that of God—amidst the pitfalls of today’s apathetic culture. Dedicated to the willful and tenderhearted, its pages honor anyone who has ever been told they are "too much."
